$200 deductible for windshield replacement?

I have the comprehensive option on my insurance and am using it to replace my car’s windshield. There’s apparently a $200 deductible when going through insurance company… I always thought that it means that I pay $200 and the rest will be paid by the insurer. Now the company changing the windshield (Morrey Auto Group) is telling me that I only get $200 off (e.g. if the actual bill is $800 I have to pay $600). Should I accept this or are they charging too much?

I live in Canada, BC and have my car insured with the monopoly ICBC.
These people really need to think about hiring staff who can communicate in English. The guy at Morrey, whom I could barely understand, told me that I have to pay $200 and even showed me a bill stating that I have to pay ~600. I just called up the company and asked another person about the bill; they said I pay $200!… Thanks everyone for lightning responses.

you pay 200 and they pay the rest. what car is it..my husband just got a windshield in his S10 for 130 dollars [american]
