Motorcycle Insurance Classification

If a cop pulls you over on a motorcycle but doesn’t use lights and doesnt issue a ticket, can you still get 1?

a cop pulled me over on my college campus by Honking and asked if I had my license. I do not have it. nor do I have insurance. he said I was speeding in the parking lot. I told him that i did not Think i was but did not argue. He announced he rides motorcycles and understood. He continued to ask for my license and I told him i forgot it in the dorm. He continued by telling me I am supposed to have it on me at all times. He said he was going to run my plates regardless and told me to leave. Can I still receive a ticket? Can he look up my classification on his computer? I have my permit.

No he just gave you a warning. if he were going to ticket you . it would have been given on the spot. Blue lights and siren do not have to be used that is up to the officer. And yes he can get your permit info via computer.. Don’t woory about it he gave you a break.
