Encompass is a company of Allstate. Under of the "Allstate agents we cram our program" Encompass was created so that Allstate could compete with it and be sold through independent agencies. You do know that much difference between the two companies, both are very aggressive to try to push the rate of new cases. Print a cover sheet on your budget, do a comparison side by side with their current coverage. If the numbers seem to feel free. Cheap is cheap.
