Yes, boys and girls, the big 0’s libs have a bill floating around that will fine you uninsured low-lifes up to $3,800 per family. Part of it says that 60+ years of age will pay up to 5 times the going rate for 20 year olds. Just like mandatory auto insurance, you don’t get it, they whack you with fines.
