I think the other guy has pretty much got the first one covered, so here are answers to the rest:
2. “Allstate” is just a fancy name, it doesn’t actually mean anything

I believe you would fall through the center of the earth and almost reach the other side, then fall through the center of the earth again and get a little less close to the surface of the hole and just keep doing this until you stop at the center. That is assuming that the heat and pressure don’t kill you and that gravity doesn’t pull you apart when you are in the center of the earth.
4. they go to other dentists because it would be hard to see inside your own mouth and be able to use the tools effectively and if you need anesthesia…
