should i be getting my deductible back?

I’m from Texas, i have a local auto insurance called Fred Loya insurance. i had a car crash back in February, well its gonna be six months already and i was wondering if by law i must get back my 500.00 deductible cash back

Depends – you’ll get your deductible back only if it was determined that you were not at fault in any way. Your insurance company should have gone after the other person’s insurance company for collection of the your deductible. If they didn’t do that, then you are not getting your deductible back. That’s what a deductible is.
