How do I stop this thing?

I seem to have a virus. It make me have a zillion pop ups, and it redirects me to Auto Insurance and RPG websites. I just got it recently and i would like to know how to kill it. Thanks.

Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, or Spybot Search and Destroy should get rid of it. Get them all, update them all, and run them all. Not at the same time of course. If these miss it then you have some kind of monster virus that is yet unheard of.
