Nissan 350z financing?

I am 18 years old (be 19 in 2 months), have 1 accident that was not ruled my fault, and can afford a Z I found for a reasonable price at 12999. I added the monthly payments on an auto loan calculator and I can afford it for sure including the insurance monthly. Do you guys think I can qualify for a loan in this economy even if I have my parents Co-sign the loan? And also, do you think it is possible to put the insurance under my dads name so it would be cheaper since I would be Co-signing it? Thanks!!!!!
