Is the auto insurance company to pay for car rentals and taxes?

I was beaten by another driver. And, your auto insurance company pay for the damage and car hire. They pay $ 25/day to hire. Is the insurance company required a day plus taxes the amount of rent a car if you decide to take the money?

If I understood her question to collect the money missing INSURANCE COMPANY TO PAY rent a car? THE INSURANCE COMPANY will not pay for the car, to pay the rental company DIRECT.

Is your insurance company authorized to provide information or documents relating to the person who claims to your insurance?

I had fault in a minor accident and ticket for this. I know that the other party had claimed that the injury is calling my insurance company insurance. I would like to obtain information and documents relating to the claim of the other party (eg, what injuries) to help my case in court. Is my insurance company authorized to disclose the information to me? I'm getting my own lawyer and has nothing to do with my insurance co. Thank you!

Yes you can provide information regarding your policy, if only to refuse to file a discovery motion in court and the opponent should provide it. ~
